Cancellation Policy * Failure to attend lesson loss of lesson fee. * 24 hour notice of cancellation, no penalty,leave on voice mail. * Less than 24 hours, treated as No Show. Emergencies handled on individual basis. * No refunds on multi-lesson packages.

Pro Shop Returns Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right. You must bring the product and the reciept to the front desk. One of our MVP Staff will assist you the best way they can.
